If you have ever wanted to give your students a ‘brain break’, then this is the class for you. The teacher workshops will provide tips and yoga tricks for a quick relaxing break from school work. In addition, the breathing techniques you will learn will assist in calming your students before testing, which can positively impact their test performance. Workshops are held at studios around St. Louis, but can also be taught during teacher inservices.
